Description
The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey is seeking Authority-certified Small Business Enterprises to provide expert professional project risk management and related support services on a call-in basis for capital and non-capital projects at Authority facilities. Tasks may include risk assessments, risk assessment and mitigation workshops, engineering documentation and cost and schedule reviews, Monte Carlo risk modeling, training, mentoring, and preparation of project risk assessment reports and supporting electronic risk models. Services will be performed predominantly at Authority facilities within the Port District, with some work potentially performed at the consultant’s offices as approved by the Authority. The solicitation identifies Primavera P6, Primavera Risk Analysis, and @Risk as standard tools. The proposer must be certified as an SBE by the Authority before the due date, have at least five years of relevant experience with infrastructure construction programs exceeding $3 million in construction value, and have at least three qualified staff with relevant experience in the Greater New York/New Jersey Metropolitan Area. The proposal must use the provided editable template and forms, and the Authority may retain multiple firms. The agreement has a two-year term with two one-year extension options. Participation goals include 20% MBE, 10% WBE, and 3% SDVOB participation, with required good-faith efforts and a participation plan.
