Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is conducting market research for full-service preventive maintenance and repair of 26 government-owned Xerox C8055HG multifunction devices. The anticipated work includes quarterly preventive maintenance, service calls and repairs, replacement parts, and consumable supplies such as toner, developer, and photoconductors; paper and staples are excluded. Unlimited printing is required. Service calls must be initiated within four working hours, with repairs generally completed within 24 hours (or 48 hours if parts are not in stock), and additional supplies delivered within 24 hours of request. The anticipated period is one base year beginning December 1, 2026, plus four option years. This is a sources-sought market-research notice, not a solicitation or request for quotes, and no award will be made from this notice. Interested vendors are asked to email a capability statement and specified company, registration, contract, lead-time, and country-of-origin information by the stated deadline. The notice describes qualified vendors as having recent comparable experience, OEM-certified technicians, and current SAM registration, and states that vendors must be able to comply with limitations on subcontracting.
