Description
The Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to KVH for satellite airtime and one year of monthly maintenance fees. The government intends to negotiate solely with KVH because they are the sole provider of the satellite airtime currently being used. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation.
