Description
West Central School Corporation seeks symmetrical Internet access and data transmission services at approximately 500 Mbps, scalable to approximately 1 Gbps, with guaranteed throughput to West Central Senior High School. The proposal must include pricing for both bandwidth tiers, approximately 16 public IPv4 addresses, optional IPv6 pricing, a fiber handoff, any provider-owned onsite equipment, the service pathway, and any third-party leased lines. Installation or special construction costs must be separately identified, and the selected provider must support E-Rate discounted invoicing. Respondents must provide a detailed service description and implementation timeline demonstrating service delivery by July 1, 2027; complete recurring and nonrecurring pricing; a proposed SLA covering 99.99% network availability, packet loss, latency, jitter, 24x7x365 trouble reporting, two-hour diagnosis, four-hour temporary or permanent repair, chronic-trouble remedies, and service reporting; three similar-service references; an E-Rate SPIN number; and a ready-to-execute or sample contract incorporating the stated E-Rate contingencies. The district is seeking a three- or five-year contract, with voluntary extensions permitted if fully described, and requires eligible and ineligible services to be separately priced.
