Description
Washington-Saratoga-Warren-Hamilton-Essex BOCES, on behalf of Greenwich Central School District, is soliciting proposals for dedicated, symmetrical Internet connectivity. Offerors may propose leased lit fiber or services delivered over third-party networks, with bandwidth options of 1 Gbps, 2 Gbps, or 3 Gbps and contract terms of 36 or 60 months. The handoff must use fiber or an equivalent solution, include 14 usable IP addresses (/28), provide utilization and performance metrics upon request, and include 24/7/365 network engineer support. Proposals must include all recurring, non-recurring, special-construction, installation, transportation, and delivery costs, with eligible and ineligible E-Rate costs itemized where applicable. Respondents must provide a valid SPIN or proof of application, comply with E-Rate Lowest Corresponding Price requirements, and certify compliance with applicable FCC supply-chain restrictions. Required submission materials include certifications, references, data-security and New York Education Law 2-d assurances, E-Rate supplemental terms, a signed RFP signature page, and the completed pricing proposal sheet.
