Description
Edmonds School District 15 is soliciting manually prepared proposals for Category 1 telecommunications services serving 37 district sites. Vendors may propose lit fiber service, dark fiber service, required equipment to light the fiber, or applicable combinations. The lit fiber requirement covers 10 Gbps to 25 Gbps capacity, while the dark fiber requirement covers two fiber strands. Installation and initial configuration are required. The scope also includes transitional services during build-out, firm unit pricing for future district sites and additional fiber pulls, strands, and relocations, recurring maintenance, service availability of at least 99.9%, outage and repair response processes, planned and unplanned maintenance notifications, bandwidth scaling, customer portal functionality, route maps, billing procedures, and project management. Proposals will be evaluated on price, references, prior experience, service flexibility, qualifications, and certifications. Vendors must have a SPIN, a current SPAC on file, and Green Light status with USAC.
