Description
The Department of Licensing and Consumer Affairs is seeking approximately 50 new, unused Port Authority Silk Touch polo shirts for board members: approximately 30 women's L500 shirts and 30 men's K500 shirts are listed in the bid system, while the scope document describes approximately 50 shirts overall. Final quantities, colors, and sizes will be provided to the successful vendor before production. Each shirt must include professionally embroidered DLCA logo artwork, including an outer border representing the Board. The agency will provide the logo artwork. Pricing must include shirts, embroidery, logo setup or digitization if applicable, packaging, delivery, and all other applicable costs. The vendor must provide an embroidery proof or sample for approval before production and replace or correct defective, incorrectly sized, incorrectly colored, or improperly embroidered shirts at no additional cost. Completed shirts must be delivered no later than October 23, 2026.
