Description
The Town of Carmel is soliciting sealed bids for the initial phase of redevelopment of a town parcel. The work includes furnishing all tools, equipment, materials, and labor for site preparation and soil surcharge earthwork before future parking lot and park space improvements. Bids may be submitted on a unit-cost or lump-sum basis, and the specifications define the complete scope, bid-security coverage, qualification requirements, and contract commencement and completion dates. A bid bond or certified check accompanied by a certificate of surety is required. The project also requires compliance with certified-payroll, insurance, licensing, prevailing-wage, and other statutory requirements. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is mandatory.
