This Sources Sought notice requests a capability statement of no more than two pages from vendors whose core capabilities include work of the type described. The requirement is for a custom-designed airlock wall, approximately 60 feet wide by 38 feet high, containing one 24-by-21-foot high-speed overhead door and one standard man-door. The system must meet specified fire, life-safety, electrical, and equipment standards, including a compliant exit door and landing, sprinkler coordination, and safety controls. The eventual contractor is expected to furnish and install the complete system, including site preparation, setup, startup, and required documentation and training. The capability statement should describe relevant work completed for government or commercial customers. The notice says complete solicitation details and site-visit information will be provided with the solicitation; this posting is a sources-sought notice, not a request for a full proposal.
