Description
Rockland County is seeking a qualified contractor to provide 360-degree street-level panoramic imagery with integrated LiDAR capture for approximately 200 lane miles of county roadway, along with processing, secure cloud hosting, web-based viewing and measurement, ArcGIS integration, GIS asset extraction, quality assurance, training, and remote technical support. The contractor must deliver nonproprietary LiDAR data, privacy-filtered public imagery, and an ArcGIS-compatible file geodatabase containing identified traffic signs, drainage structures, fire hydrants, sewer manholes, utility valves and vaults, and utility poles. The solicitation requires demonstrated geospatial, mobile mapping, LiDAR, or GIS asset inventory experience and evaluates technical approach, comparable projects, personnel qualifications, references, and cost. The contract is for two years with two one-year options. Proposals must include separate cost and technical submissions, a technical response addressing the required sections and proposed statement of work, work breakdown structure, master schedule, past and present performance information, and required disclosures, representations, and certifications. Insurance requirements include workers’ compensation and disability documentation or exemption, commercial general liability, automobile liability when applicable, and professional liability when applicable.
