Description
This Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) is issued by the Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) to acquire innovative commercial technologies, items, and services for the modernization of the Stryker Family of Vehicles (FoV). The goal is to leverage agile acquisition authorities to efficiently solicit cutting-edge solutions from commercial innovators to maintain battlefield overmatch. This CSO is a continuously open solicitation until May 7, 2031. Companies must not submit proposals directly to this CSO announcement. Instead, specific Areas of Interest (AoIs) will be published as separate announcements on SAM.gov, which will link back to this CSO. Companies are responsible for monitoring SAM.gov for new AoI releases, as submissions are only authorized in response to an active, posted AoI. The competitive process may involve a multi-phased approach including submission of a solution brief, presentation/pitch, and a request for a Commercial Solution Proposal (CSP). Awards may be made as FAR Part 12 Fixed-Price contracts or non-FAR agreements. The government will not reimburse companies for costs associated with developing submissions.
