The Alabama Funeral Board seeks a contractor to provide complete lawn and landscape maintenance at its facility. The scope includes 38 lawn-service visits per annual cycle, including mowing, stick-edger edging, string trimming, blowing, litter and debris removal, shrub pruning, weed spraying in beds and parking lots, and installation of long-needle pine straw twice annually. The contractor must furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and skilled personnel, and workers must wear company-name uniforms. The supplier must quote one fixed monthly price for the complete service cycle, with a one-year anticipated quantity of 12 monthly units. The agreement's cumulative value may not exceed $25,000. Quotations must include evidence of general liability and workers' compensation insurance, three current commercial customer references showing at least 12 visits during the past year, confirmation of at least five years of commercial lawn-care experience, and any scope exceptions.
