Description
Orange County Employees Retirement System is seeking qualified investment consulting firms to provide non-discretionary, fiduciary consulting services for its approximately $30.5 billion investment portfolio. Respondents may propose services for general investments and total-portfolio risk, private credit, private equity, real assets, real estate, or any combination of these areas. Services include investment policy and asset-allocation advice, portfolio and risk reporting, investment-manager searches and due diligence, performance monitoring, alternative-investment sourcing and diligence, co-investment analysis, quarterly reporting, and support for Investment Committee and Board meetings. The initial contract term is three years, with an option to renew for up to an additional three years. The proposal must include the required cover and checklist, minimum qualifications certification, table of contents, executive summary, fee proposal, and questionnaire responses, along with specified supporting exhibits such as Form ADV, audited financial statements, organizational and personnel information, sample reports, compliance materials, and applicable investment research and due-diligence exhibits. Proposals may cover one, several, or all listed consulting service categories and must be submitted electronically in Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat PDF format.
