Description
Vancouver Community College is soliciting one all-wheel-drive chassis dynamometer system for training in its transportation programs. The system must support AWD and 2WD operation, transient road-load simulation, bidirectional power flow, regenerative braking, vehicle testing across specified passenger and commercial vehicle classes, EV telemetry, diagnostic and thermal data acquisition, automated drive cycles, safety systems, and specified speed, power, inertia, measurement, and load-control capabilities. The requirement includes delivery to the VCC Broadway Campus, above-ground installation, commissioning, NIST-traceable calibration, site acceptance testing, at least two consecutive business days of on-site training for up to six personnel, searchable English manuals, a minimum one-year warranty, and included operating software, firmware, drivers, licenses, and required updates during the warranty period. Bidders must provide product literature and manufacturer documentation supporting each technical-compliance response.
