Description
The Town seeks a supplier for a broad range of cleaning and janitorial products for multiple municipal facilities, including toilet tissue and paper towels, hand soaps and sanitizers, cleaners and disinfectants, trash liners, mops, cloths, dispensers, and related supplies. The pricing worksheet lists estimated product volumes by facility and requests monthly pricing, including delivery and processing charges. Products are descriptive rather than restrictive; the Town may review and approve offered products based on quality, performance, and price. The awarded contractor must monitor usage and stock each premises to avoid shortages, provide regular service, and identify any subcontractors. The initial contract term is 12 months, with possible additional one-year renewals by mutual acceptance. The proposal must include company and staffing information, qualifications and experience, approach, service details, references for similar municipal work, and any exceptions to the specifications. Bids must be submitted sealed; electronic bids are not accepted.
