Description
Washington-Saratoga-Warren-Hamilton-Essex BOCES, on behalf of Mechanicville City School District, is soliciting proposals for dedicated, symmetrical internet connectivity. Proposed solutions may use leased lit fiber or third-party networks and must provide 2, 3, or 4 Gbps bandwidth, fiber or equivalent handoff, six usable IP addresses (/29), utilization and performance metrics upon request, and 24/7/365 network-engineer support. Installation and initial configuration are included in the requested service, and pricing must separately identify special construction, monthly recurring, and non-recurring costs. Vendors may submit three-year and five-year service-term pricing. Respondents must provide a valid Service Provider Identification Number or proof of application, comply with E-Rate requirements including Lowest Corresponding Price and covered-equipment restrictions, and submit the specified certifications, references, data-security and New York Education Law 2-d materials, supplemental E-Rate terms, signature page, and completed pricing proposal sheet. The solicitation permits mailed or hand-delivered proposals only and requires a sealed package; emailed, faxed, telephonic, and electronic proposals are not accepted.
