Description
Sparta Carnegie Township Library is requesting firm-fixed-price quotations for Funding Year 2027 services, including internet access with a minimum capacity of 500 Mbps and a requested range up to 2 Gbps, domain name registration, at least one static IP address, and related connectivity equipment. The internet service should include a 99.97% uptime guarantee if available, a maximum four-hour service response time available 24/7, and itemized eligible and non-eligible components. The library also seeks approximately one firewall, including maintenance, installation, and configuration; approximately one floor rack, including installation and configuration; and basic maintenance for both firewall components and racks. Bidders must have an E-rate SPIN, provide required insurance evidence, submit firm-fixed pricing, and itemize all components. The library may select more than one provider and may consider multi-year contracts. Evaluation will consider price, prior experience, understanding of needs, personnel qualifications, completeness, and the ability to complete implementation within the required timeframe.
