The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting the manufacture and supply of a CCA, 6U, VME 1397E electronic assembly, reference number 530-3005-002. The furnished item must conform to the design represented by CAGE codes 06401 and 6FQM4 and must be physically marked in accordance with MIL-STD-130, Revision N, dated November 16, 2012. Preservation, packaging, packing, and marking must comply with the contract schedule and MIL-STD 2073. Only the original manufacturer or an authorized distributor may be considered. An authorized distributor must submit proof of authorization on company letterhead, signed by a responsible company official, with its offer. The solicitation requires inspection and acceptance at source, and any proposed design, material, servicing, or part-number substitution requires contracting-officer approval, subject to the stated change procedures. Quotes may be submitted through Electronic Data Interchange, and any resulting order requires electronic invoice and receiving-report submission through PIEE-WAWF.
