Description
The contractor will provide concrete crushing, both with and without rebar, to produce a 3/4-inch base, as well as asphalt grinding. Work is on an as-needed basis at the facility, with the contractor providing the crushing plant, equipment, operators, mobilization, and demobilization. Equipment operators must work on-site Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., excluding weekends and state holidays. The agency will provide water and escort trucks and equipment into the facility. Bidders must price every item and tonnage range on the provided rate sheet. The estimated agreement value is $250,000. The award is to the lowest responsible bidder whose bid meets the solicitation requirements. The agreement term is stated to end December 31, 2029, and services are anticipated to commence January 1, 2027, or upon approval, whichever is later.
