The Société d’habitation du Québec is seeking actuarial services to support its annual financial statements. The contractor must develop a methodology that considers the organization’s financial condition to evaluate provisions for losses on loan guarantees across the organization’s housing programs and provisions for impairment losses on certain projects financed through loans and advances. The contractor must evaluate these provisions annually, update the methodology when required, and assist the financial control directorate with the financial-statement audit, including exchanges with the Auditor General of Québec and the organization’s actuary. The estimated contract period is 36 months.
