Description
The Leominster Housing Authority, acting as lead agency on behalf of the Leominster Housing Authority, Leominster Development Corporation, Lunenburg Housing Authority, Sterling Housing Authority, West Boylston Housing Authority, and Holden Housing Authority, invites sealed bids from qualified flooring contractors for On-Call Flooring Services. The participating entities collectively manage approximately 653 housing units throughout North Central Massachusetts and experienced approximately 74 vacant unit turnovers during calendar year 2025. The work generally consists of: Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT), Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP), Sheet Vinyl, Vinyl Composition Tile (VCT), Carpet Tile, Broadloom Carpet, Floor Preparation, and Minor Subfloor Repair. The resulting contracts shall be for a period of one (1) year. This procurement is subject to M.G.L. c.149 and prevailing wage requirements under M.G.L. c.149 §§26 through 27H.
