PUBLIC NOTICE 2026 SOLICITATION FOR BPI Certified QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTORS (QCI) The Central Alabama Regional Planning and Development Commission (CARPDC-Wx) is soliciting BPI certified Quality Control Inspector (QCI) Contractors to perform Weatherization Energy Audit Assessments and Final inspections for our Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) and all other housing programs we offer in Autauga, Elmore, Chilton, Dallas, Macon, Montgomery, Perry, Russell and Shelby Counties. Qualifying Contractors will contract with this office for a period of 12 months beginning July 1st, 2026. Services will be compensated at a fixed, negotiated price per assessment and final inspection. Contractor must be able to complete assessments and final inspections within the timeframe agreed upon between the CARPDC-WX and the Contractor. Contractors must provide their own test equipment, tools, transportation and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and ensure the effective and efficient comp
