Buena Vista Township, Atlantic County, New Jersey, is considering the offer of LAPD Enterprises, LLC to acquire by assignment a tax sale certificate for property located at 272 Highland Avenue (Block 6401, Lot 2). The certificate, dated March 26, 2026, represents the amount due with subsequent liens. A public hearing will be held on July 27, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. at the Municipal Building, 890 Harding Highway, Buena, NJ 08310, where the owner and interested parties may be heard before the Governing Body takes action.
