Description
The City of Oxford is seeking sealed lump-sum bids for a single-prime, all-trades general contract to construct 24 new pickleball courts, parking lots, and a restroom and utility building at Stone Park. Bids must include bid security equal to 5 percent of the bid amount. The successful bidder must provide performance and payment bonds, insurance, and evidence of proper licensing under Mississippi law. Bids are due by 2:00 p.m. Central Time on October 29, 2026, and will be publicly opened. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for October 13, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Central Time; attendance is encouraged for prospective prime bidders.
