Description
The United Nations Development Programme is soliciting a turnkey hybrid solar photovoltaic solution for its Cuba office. The scope includes design, engineering, a 72 kWp photovoltaic array, at least 500 kWh of usable lithium-ion battery storage, power electronics, intelligent energy management, remote monitoring, electrical protection, mounting structures, cabling, transformers, a climate-controlled technical container with fire detection and automatic suppression, spare parts, transportation, installation, civil and electrical works, integration with the local electrical distribution system and existing solar and diesel-generator systems, factory and user acceptance testing, commissioning, training, and as-built documentation. The contractor must provide a six-month stabilization period and three years of after-sales support, including continuous online monitoring, preventive maintenance every six months, corrective maintenance, technical support, and local or regional service participation. The proposal must address severe local environmental conditions, including hurricanes and winds up to 250 km/h, humidity, salt corrosion, flooding, and lightning. Bidders must submit technical, qualification, financial, pricing, compliance, risk-management, delivery, and supporting corporate documentation, including evidence of relevant experience, audited financial statements, manufacturer authorization where applicable, technical datasheets and certifications, and a detailed implementation plan.
