Description
The United Nations Development Programme is procuring 80 autonomous photovoltaic solar systems for rural households in Omar Jagaac and Yoboki, Djibouti. The systems are intended to provide reliable, sustainable energy for essential domestic needs, including lighting, communications, information access, and ventilation, while supporting income-generating activities. The contractor must supply, install, and commission the systems. Equipment must be designed to withstand extreme climatic conditions, including temperatures reaching 50°C, and must comply with applicable international technical standards.
