Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking a quotation for one safety step ladder, NSN 5440-01-590-9398, manufacturer part number FM1416HD, identified with Louisville Ladder Inc. CAGE 667R1. The required delivery period is five days after delivery order issuance, with FOB origin terms and destination inspection and acceptance. The item must be packaged in accordance with ASTM D3951 and applicable DLA packaging requirements, marked and labeled in accordance with MIL-STD-129, and shipped by the fastest traceable means to the specified military destination. Quotes must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System by the stated return date.
