Description
The project includes roadway improvements on Sim Street from Marley Way to Warm Springs Road, including removal and replacement of asphalt pavement and signage, plus related appurtenances within the existing right-of-way. Ponding mitigation along the south side of Cottonwood Avenue from Swapp Drive to Heyer Street includes regrading an existing swale and replacing storm drain pipe at residential driveways with 4-foot-by-2-foot reinforced concrete boxes. The bid package includes plans, a bid document, four addenda, and bid attachments for the bid bond, subcontractor listings, subcontractor designation, preference eligibility affidavit, bidder authority, and ownership disclosure.
