Description
The Corporation for Education Network Initiatives in California (CENIC) is procuring Category One telecommunications services for California public libraries. The scope includes approximately 175 standalone data transmission circuits, optional leased dark fiber, leased lit fiber, and Category One maintenance and operations, with requested capacities ranging from 10 Mbps to 100 Gbps. Installation and initial configuration are included for the service requests, and final quantities and configurations may change based on available bandwidth and network design. Responses must use the required Pricing Worksheet (Exhibit D); PDF and locked spreadsheet responses are not accepted. Proposers must submit a signed Non-disclosure Agreement or have an existing NDA on file before receiving aggregation hub information. The NDA is submitted separately by email, while the proposal response is also due electronically by email. Supplemental pricing explanations are permitted, but spam or robotic responses will be disqualified.
