Description
Wood River Public Library is seeking bids or proposals for 100–200 Mbps Internet Access and Data Transmission Services and any Category One network equipment necessary to make the connection functional. Installation and initial configuration are included for both service requests. Proposals must identify the proposed service solution type, such as fiber, copper, microwave, or coax; projected eligible monthly recurring taxes, fees, and other charges; eligible and ineligible costs; shipping charges where applicable; and a scope of work for any installation services. Proposers must include a contact person's name, phone number, and email address, identify their Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN), and maintain a current Service Provider Annual Certification (SPAC) with USAC. One-year and multiple-year contracts with voluntary extensions may be considered, and the service start date is July 1, 2027. Preference will be given to providers offering service provider invoice discounts.
