Description
The City of Ferguson is seeking a provider for approximately 37 5G LTE smartphones, 47 5G LTE SIM cards or air cards, and six 5G LTE Wi-Fi hotspots, together with cellular service and related support. The quantities are estimates and may change during the contract term; the provider must support City-owned CradlePoint devices, drone cellular modems, employee-owned devices, and additions, removals, replacements, and reassignments of lines and equipment. The required service includes centralized web-based device and account management, detailed departmental billing and reporting, unlimited unthrottled talk, text, and high-speed data, advanced security, public-safety network access, always-on priority and preemption, deployable emergency coverage, in-building coverage support, and implementation and transition assistance. Proposals must address qualifications and comparable references, pricing, contract terms, network architecture and coverage, management and billing tools, security, BYOD and employee-paid service, implementation, and customer support.
