Description
The MRC de La Matanie is soliciting proposals for adapted and collective transportation services using minivans. The contract is for three years beginning January 18, 2027, with two additional one-year periods available at the MRC’s option. Award will be based on the lowest compliant total price, including any options selected by the MRC. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes identified with the solicitation title and delivered to the MRC’s designated address by the stated deadline. The resulting agreement will consist of the specifications, any addenda, the carrier’s bid, annexes and attached documents, and the council resolution accepting the bid.
