Description
The Defense Logistics Agency Disposition Services is soliciting a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for removal, transportation, treatment, recycling, and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous waste generated at U.S. Department of Defense installations in Bavaria, Germany. Waste streams include RCRA and non-RCRA wastes, state-regulated and non-state-regulated wastes, universal wastes, compressed gases, PCBs, PFAS, batteries, acids, bases, solvents, petroleum and oil wastes, contaminated solids and soil, paints, asbestos-containing materials, treated wood, laboratory chemicals, and refrigerants. Medical, infectious, radioactive, explosive-hazard, and certain other excluded wastes are not included. The scope also includes ADR-compliant containers and supplies; bulk and containerized waste removal; transportation to qualified treatment, storage, disposal, and recycling facilities; waste sampling, laboratory analysis, characterization, and hazardous-waste profile sheets; overpacking, loose packing, and lab packing; roll-off and portable-tank rental and logistics; industrial cleaning; dump-truck and excavator services; waste reporting; and certificates of disposal, destruction, or recycling when ordered. The contractor must provide containers and material-handling equipment, qualified personnel, compliant transportation and disposal services, and English-language translations of required German shipping documentation. Waste Management Services, including operation of storage facilities or collection points, are excluded unless specifically ordered as a Special Service. The acquisition is full and open, and the revised proposal deadline is October 15, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
