Description
The Department of State seeks a hotel package for a meeting in Boracay, including guest rooms for December 1–5, 2026, and a conference package for December 2–4, 2026. The hotel must be DOT-accredited and rated at least four stars or equivalent, with standard guest rooms of at least 60 square meters, dining facilities, security, backup power, accessibility, fitness and pool access, and other specified guest amenities. The hotel and meeting facilities must be located in Station Zero, Boracay. The conference package must include a function room for up to 45 participants, meals and snacks, specified audiovisual equipment and meeting supplies, an event coordinator, and on-site IT/AV support. The requirement also includes round-trip airport transfers using private vehicles and vessels, airport assistance, and daily shuttle service to Station 2. The offeror must be the hotel’s official representative or provide proof of authority to act on its behalf.
