Description
The Department of National Defence requires new workstation furniture and reconfiguration services for 1 Health Services Group Headquarters. The requirement includes 41 electronically height-adjustable desks; 43 drawer cabinets in two sizes; tabletop, corner-wrap, and modesty dividers; 38 under-table cord organizers; and 41 under-desk power modules. Furniture must accommodate existing power and connectivity infrastructure, with specified finishes, dimensions, locking drawers, and black-finish components. The contractor must deliver the furniture to Building 181 at Edmonton Garrison, assemble and install it under an agreed phased schedule, perform initial setup and testing, complete installation within 10 business days during operating hours, and remove and dispose of packaging. The solicitation is limited to suppliers holding Supply Arrangement E60PQ-140003. Award will be based on the lowest evaluated price among offers meeting the mandatory technical criteria, including electronically operated sit/stand desks and three equivalently priced colour schemes. The contract period runs from award through March 31, 2027, with a total liability limit of CAD 140,000 excluding applicable taxes.
