Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking one self-locking hex nut, NSN 5310-01-521-2205, part number 982-2089, under purchase request 7018055031. The item must meet applicable DLA technical and quality requirements, packaging requirements, physical identification and marking requirements, and inspection requirements. Delivery is required within five days after award, with packaging in accordance with ASTM D3951, marking in accordance with MIL-STD-129, and shipment by fast, traceable means rather than parcel post. This is a supply-only procurement with FOB origin pricing and destination inspection and acceptance. The solicitation is not a small-business set-aside and requires quotations to be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System. Domestic material restrictions may apply, and additive-manufactured items are not eligible unless specifically authorized.
