Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is inviting contractors to apply for inclusion on a Qualified Resource Team (QRT) source list for underground civil construction work required by the Department of National Defence at CFB Edmonton, Alberta. The source list will be in effect for three years from establishment. Contracts under this source list will have estimated values up to $500,000. Contractors may apply at any time, but DCC requests applications preferably by March 19, 2026. Applications must be submitted via email using the provided form. Security clearances may be required for future contracts, potentially including Designated Organization Screening (DOS) and Facility Security Clearance (FSC) at the SECRET level. Performance evaluations will be conducted, and unacceptable scores may result in removal from the source list.
