Description
The Borough of Totowa is soliciting sealed bids for the lease of a portion of Block 175, Lot 2, at 160 Furler Street, for the successful bidder to construct and maintain a cell tower facility and ancillary support equipment. The facility will be owned by the successful bidder, with simultaneous leasing and co-location available to qualified successful bidders at the site. Bids must be based on a guaranteed minimum annual rent of $29,400, plus a minimum 30% revenue share of rent or other compensation received from subtenants or co-locators beyond the first. Each bid requires a certified or bank check deposit equal to 10% of the bid, payable to the Borough of Totowa. The successful bidder must enter into a written lease agreement within 10 days of bid acceptance or forfeit the deposit and bid.
