Description
Virginia Beach Public Library, acting as a consortium, is seeking one Category 1 data transmission and/or Internet access service for its bookmobile. The requested function is cellular data plan or air-card service, with a capacity range from 0.05 Mbps to 5 Gbps; installation and initial configuration are not requested. The addendum changes the proposal submission deadline to November 9, 2026, by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, and moves the questions and clarifications posting date to October 9, 2026. All other specifications, terms, and conditions remain unchanged.
