The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Redstone Arsenal (ACC-RSA) is issuing a Call for Solutions against Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) W58RGZ-26-S-C001 to competitively acquire and onboard innovative commercial Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS) in the Group 3 classification onto the Drone Marketplace. Group 3 UAS are defined as aircraft weighing between 55 and 1,320 pounds, operating at altitudes up to 18,000 feet, and typically flying at speeds less than 250 knots. The primary goal is to identify and assess innovative Group 3 UAS solutions for placement on the UAS Marketplace, culminating in either 'Provisional' or 'Cleared' procurement readiness status. The Government intends to establish one or more Firm-Fixed-Price Basic Ordering Agreements (BOAs) as a result of this Call, but a BOA does not constitute a production contract or guarantee any future orders. Offerors must be NDAA compliant, have a UEI, SAM.gov registration, CAGE code, NIST SP 800-171 assessment, and meet cybersecurity requirements. The submission process involves three steps: Initial Acceptance Packet (IAP), Verification Activities Questionnaire (VAQ), and Full Proposal. The evaluation will assess technical merit, innovation, and pricing fairness. The period of performance is not to exceed five years, with submissions evaluated on a continuous rolling basis.
