Description
Myrtle Point School District 41 is soliciting proposals for high-speed Dedicated Internet Access and leased lit fiber, leased dark fiber, or a combination of both for WAN transport across designated district sites. Proposed services must provide scalable, reliable connectivity at capacities from 1 Gbps to 5 Gbps, with managed electronics where applicable, service monitoring, 99.99% network availability, defined latency, jitter, packet-loss, outage-response, and restoration commitments. Proposers may bid on one or both service types and may propose traditional or alternative network designs. The response must address network architecture, logical diagrams, detailed geographic fiber pathway maps, routing diversity, demarcation, implementation timelines, service-level agreements, a sample contract, and three similar-project references from the past five years. New fiber construction, if proposed, must include permitting, installation, restoration, as-built documentation, and special-construction pricing. The proposal package is limited to 50 pages, with attachments excluded from that limit, and must be submitted electronically through the designated portal in PDF, DOCX, and/or XLSX format; the combined proposal and coversheet may not exceed 50 MB.
