Description
The Royal Bahamas Defence Force is soliciting a quote for fourteen locking double-hinged weapon storage cabinets measuring approximately 42 inches wide by 48 inches high by 15 inches deep. Cabinets must have perforated or diamond-pattern double hinged or bi-fold doors for visual inventory checks, an internal multi-point locking system with padlock hasps or key locks, a universal louvered back panel compatible with modular barrel saddles, stock bases, shelves, and tactical weapon storage accessories, and a heavy-duty welded steel frame with a powder-coated finish. The quote must provide unit and extended pricing, available interior component configurations, estimated lead time or delivery schedule, freight or shipping costs, and warranty and technical support details. Required submission items are a quote and a business license, W-8, W-9, LLC documentation, or letter of incorporation; tax compliance documentation is optional.
