Description
The City of Pittsburgh is seeking proposals from qualified attorneys and firms to provide federal litigation services. This is an "as-needed" engagement where selected firms will be able to submit proposals for work order requests. The services will cover civil rights defense and 42 U.S.C. Section 1983 claims, including legal advice, representation in litigation, preparing litigation plans and budgets, discovery, trial preparation, handling appeals, and negotiation/settlement proceedings. The contract term is a maximum of three years, with services provided on a rotating basis.
