Comanche Nation Entertainment is soliciting competitive proposals for a turnkey commercial billboard project. The selected contractor will provide surveying and layout, geotechnical work if required, engineering and stamped structural plans, permits and approvals, site preparation, excavation, foundation and reinforcing work, concrete, anchor bolts, structural steel fabrication and erection, billboard face installation, electrical connection, grounding, lightning protection, static-sign lighting, and communications/data connections for digital signage. The scope also includes LED display installation where applicable, testing, commissioning, final inspection, site restoration, debris removal, hazardous-material coordination, and as-built and closeout documentation. Proposals must address comparable billboard and tribal-entity experience, at least three client references, a safety plan, line-item pricing for requested configurations, permits and regulatory requirements, a project schedule, warranty and maintenance/support terms, and proof of required insurance. Separate pricing is requested for static versus digital and single-face/single-level versus stacked configurations. The contractor must provide a $25,000 removal/restoration bond or acceptable financial assurance, and project completion is expected within 12 months unless otherwise approved in writing.
