Description
The United Nations Development Programme seeks a contractor to complete Phase 02 civil works for upgrading and rehabilitating WASH amenities in Shabriha Gathering. The scope includes structural retrofitting and concrete repairs for elevated water tanks and associated rooms; masonry, metal, waterproofing, protective coating, plastering, tiling, and door works; hydromechanical equipment, piping, valves, pumps, water-level indicators, chlorination, sewer and water-distribution networks; electrical repairs and lightning protection; stand-alone solar-powered LED street lighting; and asphalt and stamped-concrete paving. The contractor must provide qualified full-time site personnel, materials, labor, machinery, safety measures, environmental management, shop drawings, execution and work schedules, testing and disinfection, as-built drawings and BOQs, and ongoing reporting. A mandatory group site inspection is scheduled for October 15, 2026. The contract is expected to run for four months from contract signature, including three months of works, two weeks for remeasurement, and two weeks for snagging and handover.
