Description
The United Nations Development Programme seeks a qualified contractor to perform additional rehabilitation works at the Internal Security Forces Gendarmerie Station in Baalback. The scope comprises 21 priced items covering sewer and drainage connections, rainwater sump pits, steel security gates, balustrades, cages and barriers, roof waterproofing, aluminum windows, a microwave oven, boiler and piping maintenance, generator relocation and overhaul, fuel-tank relocation, electrical connections and controls, and cable-tray installation. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, testing, commissioning, and related installation work. The contract is a re-measured works contract with an expected six-week duration from site handover or contract signature as specified in the solicitation materials. Bidders must submit the completed quotation and technical/financial offer, company and registration documentation, relevant project experience, financial information, work plan and execution plan, environmental management plan, personnel CVs, material data sheets, price schedule, machinery and ongoing-project information, and other required eligibility and qualification documents. A 10% performance security, insurance including liability coverage up to USD 76,000 per occurrence, and a full-time site engineer and foreman are required.
