The New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation (EFC) requests proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive advisory, administrative, and/or investment management services for the establishment and ongoing management of an OPEB Section 115 Trust. The contract term is three years with an option to renew. The solicitation includes goals for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB) participation of 6%, and Minority/Women Business Enterprise (MWBE) goals of 15% each for MBE and WBE.
