Description
The Village of Highland Falls is seeking an engineering firm to support rehabilitation of the existing stormwater conveyance system in the Satterlee Subdivision. The scope includes surveying, soil investigation, wetland delineation, permitting, preliminary and final stormwater conveyance and highway design, hydraulic and hydrologic analysis, right-of-way research and acquisition services, public-utility design, construction support, bid assistance, shop-drawing review, full-time on-site construction inspection, oversight, and preparation of as-built plans. Expressions of interest must use GSA SF-330 or a similar format and include firm and subconsultant qualifications, up to five similar projects completed within the last five years with references, a project organization chart, resumes and workload information for key personnel, a project approach, and applicable D/M/WBE/SDVOB or equal-opportunity information. Six copies are required, with no more than 10 additional pages. The anticipated preliminary-design start is October 2026; construction is expected to be completed by December 2027, with an anticipated construction cost of approximately $2,000,000.
