Description
The Dunes Community Development District (the District) is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide landscape and grounds maintenance services. The scope of work is detailed in the Project Manual, which includes contract documents, project scope, and technical specifications. The Project Manual will be available on the District's website or by phone starting August 5, 2026. A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference and site visit will be held on August 19, 2026 at the Dunes Administrative Office. Proposals must be submitted in hard copy and electronic format by September 9, 2026. The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
