Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract with NCH Corporation for biological drain system maintenance at the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center. The contractor will use the Bio-Amp System already installed at the facility and the FREE-FLOW biological drain line and grease trap maintainer to cultivate bacteria onsite and reduce effluent issues. The notice states that Chemsearch, an NCH Corporation entity, is the only authorized North American vendor for the ECO Bionics BioAmp automated system and method and FREE-FLOW, which are protected by a U.S. patent. This is a notice of intent rather than a request for competitive quotes. Interested firms must submit a capability statement describing their products and services, with supporting evidence demonstrating their ability to meet the requirements, along with references from customers using the products and services. Responses must be submitted by email as a Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF attachment.
